Dear colleagues, families, friends, and all distinguished members,

I am honored and delighted to address you as the first Vice President of the Bengali American Boldest Association (BABA). Our organization is a nonprofit fraternal association that consists of both uniformed and civilian employees of the New York City Department of Correction. I am proud to announce that, thanks to the unwavering support and dedication of our BABA members, we are experiencing continuous growth in both size and influence.

The primary objective of our association is to serve our members by expanding our services for our fellow coworkers and the community we serve. We have established this remarkable organization to provide a platform for our members to thrive professionally and to contribute to the betterment of our community. We are committed to upholding the values of unity, courage, and leadership, which have been the foundation of our rich tradition.

I would like to extend a warm invitation to each and every one of you to join us in our mission. Together, we can create a strong presence of professional law enforcement officers within the Bangladeshi community. By working hand in hand, we can ensure the safety and security of our jails, neighborhoods, and the Bangladeshi community as a whole.
