Dear Members,
Since January 2019, we have embarked on a journey to build an organization that embodies the values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Our goal has always been to create a platform where every member feels a sense of belonging, and where their voices are heard and respected.
In this pursuit, we must ensure that our leadership is free from critical individuals and those driven by selfish motives. Our success lies in the ability of our leaders to create an environment where all members feel valued and empowered to contribute their best.
I firmly believe that there are no limits to the success we can achieve together as an organization. We have the power to shape our future and create a thriving community that benefits all.
I am immensely proud to be a part of the Bengali American Boldest Association, working alongside fellow brothers and sisters who are dedicated to improving the Bengali nation within the NYC Correction Department. Our mission is to support and uplift our fellow Bengali Americans working in NYC Jails. We recognize that it is a privilege to assist our members in fulfilling their missions, and we are committed to doing more.
Our commitment extends to creating a kinder, more equitable, inclusive, and diverse environment where every individual’s contributions are recognized and valued.
To our current and future members, we strive to excel in our work so that we can create opportunities for others. We are dedicated to conducting our business with honesty and fairness, fostering win-win situations that drive long-term results.
